Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

8. Shipping Damages
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

9. P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking your tracking number and contacting the carrier for assistance. If needed, we will work with you to investigate the issue and find a solution.

11. International Orders
For international orders, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
